Beautiful, and whimsical, for costume parties or personal fun ♡
I unwittingly cut off the itchy tags before knowing that the event I purchased it for was canceled. It's never been worn, except to try it on once. It looked and felt lovely to wear. There's 5 flowy layers of skirts, two of which have sequin detailing, to shine through the sheer over-skirt as though reflecting off a shimmering pool of water.
Fits snug, more like a medium.
