It's previously owned and used and in good pre-owned condition with a few slight stains in the front, but no any other defects or problems. I would put just a tiny bit of dish soap on the stains before washing. It should help getting rid of them although I don't guarantee. They just don't look like set stains. Please note that this item isn't brand new and doesn't have tags. It's good to get it cleaned properly before you wear. It'll be kept in a plastic bag to prevent smell and dust.
