Named the executive dress and it is indeed a beautiful secretary style dress!
All black with geometric little bows in white with yellow middle and a few red bows throughout. Embossed confetti for more dimension and fun look!
Long balloon cuffed sleeves, medium sized (removable shoulder pads), mock neck, three buttons on shoulder, attached scarf on side to tie into bow, faux belt with pleats, side button closure with three snaps and two hook and eye closures.
